Youth Building Bridges is an international, people-to-people cultural exchange initiative that empowers American youth to travel to rural areas of China to assist primary and secondary education systems. In these poverty-stricken areas, which greatly lack essential resources and qualitative education, young Americans are fully immersed in Chinese society. They learn the meaning of social responsibility and growth. Through educational and social engagement, students form opposite sides of the world cultivate each other's passions and strengths, opening themselves to intercultural influence and limitless potential.
